THE RIGHT START

A cloud PBX shaped around how calls move through your business

Suitable for offices, service teams and businesses that want a hosted approach to extensions and call handling without managing all phone-system functions onsite.

A cloud PBX hosts phone-system functions away from the office. Instead of planning only the number of extensions, map the customer journey: who answers first, how a call moves to another team, and where it goes when no one is available. That workflow helps define the right setup and the features to include.

PLAN YOUR SOLUTION

Capabilities to discuss.

Extensions & team access

Plan users and supported devices across offices or approved remote environments. Review access and administration needs.

IVR & call routing

Define greetings and menu choices that help customers reach the right team, including invalid input and timeout handling.

Queues & business hours

Discuss queue behavior, opening hours and overflow routes. Make the unanswered-call experience part of the design.

Transfers & voicemail

Review transfer behavior, voicemail and notification options on the selected platform before committing to a plan.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Questions about cloud pbx.

Can teams work from different locations?

A suitable cloud or softphone-based setup can support distributed teams. Network quality, supported devices, access controls and the permitted deployment arrangement should be checked for each location before rollout.

Can I change the IVR later?

Ask which configuration changes are self-service and which require assistance on the proposed platform. Agree who manages greetings, business hours and routing as part of onboarding.

Can the system include call recording or CRM integration?

These can be considered as part of the selected solution. Recording controls, storage, access, retention and the exact CRM workflow should be agreed during scoping. A feature being available on one platform does not mean it is included in every plan.
