THE RIGHT START

Build the calling operation around the customer journey

For BPOs, sales operations, recruitment teams and customer support desks that need a defined agent calling process.

Contact centers need more than call capacity. Agents need a clear way to answer, dial, transfer and follow up; supervisors need visibility into what is happening. Digipillar helps scope the voice and platform requirements together, whether the starting point is inbound support, outbound business calling or a blended operation.

PLAN YOUR SOLUTION

Capabilities to discuss.

Inbound support workflows

Review IVR, queues, transfers and unanswered-call behavior so customer calls follow a defined path.

Outbound agent calling

Discuss manual or supported dialer workflows, calling destinations, traffic patterns and follow-up requirements.

Reporting & supervision

Specify the call records, agent activity and available supervisor views your operation needs. Confirm each report on the selected platform.

Integration requirements

Describe the exact CRM, recording or messaging workflow required. Compatibility and implementation effort must be reviewed individually.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Questions about call center solutions.

Does more dialer capacity always mean better results?

No. Connection quality, available agents, traffic patterns, destination behavior and customer experience all matter. Scope dialing behavior with the platform and provider instead of choosing a ratio in isolation.

Can the system include call recording or CRM integration?

These can be considered as part of the selected solution. Recording controls, storage, access, retention and the exact CRM workflow should be agreed during scoping. A feature being available on one platform does not mean it is included in every plan.

How long does setup take?

Setup depends on documents, number provisioning, route availability, integration work and testing. We can discuss an expected timeline after reviewing your requirements; do not plan a launch date until the dependencies are confirmed.
